1. Acceptance
By accessing NightPrime you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 need parental consent. Some content requires an adult (18+) profile.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the billing cycle. Prices include GST and are in INR unless stated otherwise.
4. Permitted Use
Streaming is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, download (except within the app for offline viewing), redistribute, or publicly broadcast content.
5. User Content
By submitting a short film you grant NightPrime a non-exclusive, worldwide license to stream, promote, and archive the film per our Content Licensing Policy.
6. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, chargebacks, piracy, harassment, or violation of Community Guidelines.
7. Liability
Service is provided “as is.” NightPrime’s liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
